Natthoya Baptiste is an Attorney at Law, who holds an LLB Hons. from the University of London and an LPC (Distinction) from Staffordshire University, UK. She practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, property law, intellectual property rights, estate planning and administration and employment law.

Additionally, she has undergone substantial training in the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Rights and Corporate Governance, and also holds complimentary qualifications such as an MSc. in Public Policy and Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Social Work.

Natthoya is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK. She currently serves on the Executive of CIArb’s Trinidad and Tobago Chapter, in the capacity of Education and Training Officer. She speaks Spanish, French and English.
